2025 Southwest Learning Summit | Request for Speaker Proposals
Event Date: Tuesday, September 30, 2025
Thank you for your interest in sharing your expert knowledge at the 25th Annual Southwest Learning Summit. This is a signature event planned and hosted by ATD Dallas. It is the premiere one-day conference and vendor exhibition for over 300 talent development professionals in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth region.
Proposals for 2025 are NOW OPEN! The Request for Proposals will close Friday, April 16, 2025. Session speaker submitters will be contacted with a decision no later than mid-August.

Tips for having your session proposal stand out and hopefully get selected:
- Subject matter involves current topics with relevance to industry professionals
- Presentation engages the audience through interaction, case studies, or hands-on activities
- Presents "best practice" concepts that participants can adapt to their business needs
- Proposal submitted by consultants/vendors includes a local business partner for team presentation
