BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Join us for a focused case study on how a financial services firm built a scalable, employee-centric learning and development program during a period of organizational change. The team developed personalized learning paths, launched role-specific training roadmaps, and identified the core traits and skills essential for leadership, laying the groundwork for targeted leadership development. This session will explore their structured approach, including how they embedded ongoing support and feedback loops to ensure the program remains relevant and effective. L&D professionals will walk away with practical ideas for designing scalable, business-aligned training initiatives that engage employees at every level.
By the end of this session, participants should be able to:
1. Describe how to align talent development initiatives with broader business strategy during times of change.
2. Identify key components of a scalable, employee-centric learning program that fosters both engagement and performance.
3. Explore practices for creating leadership development pathways that promote internal mobility and retention.

Sarah Lawson
With over 15 years of experience turning complex training needs into engaging, impactful learning experiences, Sarah Lawson is a powerhouse in the world of learning and development. As a certified Pharmacy Technician and an ATD-certified professional, she’s led training programs for thousands—yes, thousands—of employees across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem platforms.
Sarah doesn’t just teach, she connects. Whether she’s designing eLearning modules, coaching future leaders, or launching omnichannel learning strategies, she brings her signature blend of energy (hello, ESFP!), empathy (Enneagram 2 vibes), and positivity (StrengthsFinder-approved) to every room she enters.
When she’s not transforming corporate learning, you’ll find Sarah coaching youth volleyball or rocking out in an aerobic drumming class. Get ready for an insightful session!

PARKING / ENTRY INFORMATION
Access visitor parking, Garage G1, from the Dallas Parkway south access road or from Quorum Drive; there are ramps at each entrance. Please Park near the Main elevators if possible and take the elevator up to Level 1.
Upon exiting the elevator, head towards the SOUTH elevators in the lobby, and take it to the 6th floor. Venturity’s office is located right off the elevators.
