About the Presenter:

In addition to serving as the ATD Dallas President, Mike Thompson is also the CEO of SVI—a talent development company with offices in Northwest Arkansas and Dallas.

Mike is the author of two leadership books – The Organizational Champion (McGraw-Hill, 2009), and The Anywhere Leader (Jossey-Bass, 2012). His newest book, Forging Grit: A Story of Leadership Perseverance is available for pre-order. Mike lives in Dallas with his wife, Mel and his two children – Alex and Jax.
